Customer Data Quality Manager. This role will be based in beautiful
St. Petersburg, FL. You will report to the AVP – Digital Analytics
A great opportunity to join a
fast-growing team for a highly passionate, data obsessed and details focused individual
that will manage SalonCentric’s customer data quality function. As a Data Quality Manager, you will be
responsible for monitoring, validating, and working with cross functional business
partners, external vendors and Digital IT to ensure the quality of the
marketing database. The candidate will be the subject matter expert behind all
data flows feeding SalonCentrics Customer Data Platform “DDX”, This role will
be responsible for designing and monitoring data quality reporting and
partnering with their IT counterparts to maintain data quality. This position
plays a critical role in the company's digital marketing activities and
analysis, which support digital campaign strategy development, omni channel
efforts, overall and campaign specific measurement and optimization which have
direct impact on short- and long-term customer loyalty and lifetime value,
sales and return on investments.

What You’ll Do:
Strategy
& Planning –
·
Envision
and plan internal Customer Data Platform upgrades and enhancements – new data
inclusion and platform maintenance and upgrades
Program
Management –
·
Responsible
for monitoring data quality and implementing data controls and remediating data
quality issues
Leadership
–
- Partnering
with business & technology leads globally to deliver end-to-end solution
- Communicate
escalations, concerns, and issues with data to the individuals that can
influence change
Collaboration
and Influence –
- Work
closely with business SME and data analyst to define, prioritize & finalize
DQ issues, resolution approach
- Working
with various technology leads to ensure the gaps in capabilities are converted
into prioritized work items
Reporting
–
- Provide
regular written and verbal updates to management
- Document
methodologies for metrics in a clear and detailed manner
- Create,
review, and maintain Data Quality Issues Tracker
The

Things You’re Skilled In:
- Deep
understanding of the existing SalonCentric data, SAP, SFDC, SFMC, and GA
- Proficient
SQL Knowledge with reporting (Tableau/Power BI) experience
- Knowledge
of Python and date flow and automation
- Knowledge
of systems and data implementation process
- Technical
expertise regarding database fundamentals (design, data models, advanced SQL
writing and efficient querying),
- Hands-on
experience in quantitative data analysis and ability to understand/diagnose
potential quality issues and anomalies.
- Developing
and monitoring alerts and health reporting
